# Radiant Care Plan — annual boiler service membership > A yearly care plan for homes and businesses in Bray and North Wicklow: priority scheduling, 10% off any work and a summer gas boiler service with a full heating health check. Canonical page: https://radiantheatingandplumbing.com/care-plan One yearly plan that keeps your heating serviced, gets you to the front of the queue when something goes wrong, and takes 10% off anything else we do for you. ## What the plan includes - Priority scheduling — members go to the top of the list when heating fails. - 10% off labour on any job over the year, from a leaking valve to a full boiler swap. - Annual gas boiler service booked over the summer. - Heating health check: radiators, controls, pressure and water quality checked and written up. - Service history and certificates kept on file for warranty and landlord paperwork. - Commercial cover for pubs, shops, offices and rentals, priced on appliance count. ## Pricing Pricing is being finalised and depends on the appliance and whether it is a house or a commercial premises. Registering interest costs nothing and carries no obligation. ## Not covered Replacement parts, full boiler replacements, building work, and oil, solid fuel or heat pump servicing. It is a maintenance plan, not an insurance policy. ## Frequently asked questions ### What does the Radiant Care Plan actually include? Your annual gas boiler service booked in over the summer, a full heating health check on radiators, controls, pressure and water quality, priority scheduling when something goes wrong, 10% off labour on any other work through the year, and we hold your service records and certificates for you. ### How much does the care plan cost? It depends on the appliance and whether it is a house, a rental or a business premises — a single combi boiler is not the same job as three appliances in a pub. Send us the make of boiler and roughly how old it is and we will come back with a price for your own setup. Registering interest costs nothing. ### Is the care plan the same as boiler insurance? No. It is a maintenance and priority plan, not an insurance policy. Parts and repairs are charged as normal work, with your 10% off labour. If you want a full breakdown policy, that is a separate product from an insurer. ### Why is the service booked in summer? Because that is when we have the time to do it properly. Servicing in June means a fault gets found on a warm day rather than the first frosty night in December, and you are not sitting in a cold house waiting for a part to arrive. ### Does it cover landlords and rental properties? Yes. Landlords are one of the main reasons people take it — the annual gas service happens without you chasing it, and we keep the certificates on file so the paperwork is there when you need it. ### What areas do you cover for care plan visits? Bray, Greystones, Shankill, Enniskerry, Kilmacanogue, Delgany, Killiney, Dalkey, Foxrock, Cabinteely, Stepaside, Sandyford and the rest of North Wicklow and South Dublin. If you are not sure, ring 087 212 0814 and ask. ### Can I cancel or skip a year? Yes. It runs year to year with no long tie-in. If you sell the house or change heating system, just tell us and we will stop it. ### Do you cover oil boilers and heat pumps as well as gas? Gas is what we are RGI registered for and it is the bulk of what we service.
