### How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Most bathrooms run one to two weeks from strip-out to finish, depending on tiling and whether the layout is changing.

### Is there a grant for a level-access shower?

A level-access shower can attract up to €8,000 under the Mobility Aids Grant, or more under the Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability. Both are means-tested and administered by your local council, not SEAI.

### Do you handle tiling and electrics too?

We handle the plumbing and first and second fix, and coordinate the tiling and electrical work so the job runs in the right order rather than in fits and starts.
