We take bathrooms from design to completion: strip-out, first fix pipework, waste and drainage, shower and pump installation, sanitaryware, sealing and final commissioning. We coordinate with tilers and electricians so the job runs in the right order and you are not left with a half-finished room.

Council grants for older homeowners
A level-access shower can attract up to €8,000 under the Mobility Aids Grant, or up to €40,000 for wider adaptations under the Housing Adaptation Grant. Both are means-tested and run by your council.

- How long does a bathroom renovation take?
- Most bathrooms run one to two weeks from strip-out to finish, depending on tiling and whether the layout is changing.
- Is there a grant for a level-access shower?
- A level-access shower can attract up to €8,000 under the Mobility Aids Grant, or more under the Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability. Both are means-tested and administered by your local council, not SEAI.
- Do you handle tiling and electrics too?
- We handle the plumbing and first and second fix, and coordinate the tiling and electrical work so the job runs in the right order rather than in fits and starts.
