Emergency Call-Outs: common questions
- Do you do emergency plumbing call-outs?
- Yes, across Bray, Greystones, North Wicklow and South Dublin for leaks, breakdowns and no heat. Phone rather than email if it is urgent.
- What should I do while I wait for a plumber?
- For a leak, turn off the water at the mains stopcock and, if it is near electrics, switch off the affected circuit. For a gas smell, do not touch switches — open windows, turn off the gas at the meter and ring the Gas Networks Ireland emergency line on 1800 20 50 50.
- How quickly can you get out?
- It depends on where you are and what is already booked that day. We will tell you honestly on the phone rather than promise a time we cannot make.
